Many survivors on Wednesday had nowhere to go but the streets of Port-au-Prince

That’s the magnitude of January 12th’s earthquake in Haiti. What devastation. What loss of life. The thoughts and prayers of our team here at Elias are with the victims in Haiti.

We have been talking today about how to help. Prayer, money & helping hands. It’s going to take a lot of all three. You can help financially through the red cross here. Feel free to post comments below if you know of other nonprofit organizations that are trying to provide relief.

Amazing. Text donations account for $5 million of the American Red Cross’s Haiti relief (http://bit.ly/5SONEt).

You can text “HAITI” to 90999 to donate $10 to Red Cross relief efforts. It looks like every carrier except for Sprint doesn’t charge for the text.
