Eric is an experienced technology consultant and certified Project Management Professional (PMP). He grew from designing websites in high school to completing strategic projects for the US Department of Defense after graduating from Ball State University. With an eye for detail and knack for organization, Eric's 10 years of experience have been focused on design that is straightforward and functional. Eric and his wife Sarah recently gave birth to their first child (Ellie). They live in central Indiana and are actively involved with New Life Presbyterian Church in Yorktown, IN.

Josh started his first business at age 12 by employing friends to mow neighborhood lawns. Prior to co-founding Elias, he crafted online marketing strategies for clients at ExactTarget, a leading Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) provider specializing in email marketing. Josh is keenly focused on user experience, communication, and simplicity. He reads voraciously and is a graduate of the top-ranked Entrepreneurship Program at Ball State University. Josh and his beautiful wife Erica reside in Indianapolis, IN, where they actively participate in both the community and Southside Bible Church.

Lee began building websites for local businesses when he was 14 years old. His is fascinated with how people connect with information and obsesses over code quality and integrity. A leader in Magento's community, Lee has been working with the popular ecommerce platform since its version 0.6 beta days (February 2008). Lee and his beautiful wife Melissa recently moved to sunny San Diego, CA after a spending a year in New Zealand. When he isn't coding, Lee cherishes walks along the bay with his golden retriever named Bentley.

Luke has an extensive background in web design and development. His work includes many web-based applications for both private and corporate clients. A computer science graduate of the University of Oregon, Luke is happily married to his wife, Melanie. They have three beautiful daughters (Kylee, Emme & Kendyl) and a heroic son (Tyler). Offline, Luke is the volunteer Technology Director of Twin Rivers Baptist Church in Springfield, OR. He is currently pursuing a goal to attend a U of O football game at every PAC-10 stadium, only 3 to go.
